Hello beautiful families, my name is Monica Aguilar. I was born and raised in Mexico City, and moved to Los Angeles in hopes of adding to my experience! I am a mother of 3 beautiful kids, which in my opinion, is a plus when considering hiring a postpartum and newborn care specialist. I think we can be honest here and say that no one knows more about what you are going through than someone who has been in your shoes!

Although my mom superpowers helped me learn a lot about this field, it is not the only way I have become an expert. I am also a well known, professionally trained Postpartum/Newborn Care Specialist. Through research, trainings, and experience I have learned what I know today!

I am also a Sleep Consultant and Parent Educator with 15+ years of experience. I have gained tons of knowledge about newborn and postpartum care, through my experiences with my own children as well as by supporting other families with their needs.

I have skills that support full term babies, preemies, and multiples. My team and I go above and beyond and are prepared for acid reflux, umbilical cord care, circumcision care, teaching soothing techniques and scheduling, and much more!

At Bona Nit Petit, we pride ourselves with being a well rounded helper. We understand that being a parent to a newborn can make life seem really hectic, therefore we also provide services that help around the house! These services include baby laundry, nursery organization, bottle cleaning and sterilization. Any other tasks concerning the baby and mom can be added to the list, just let us know during consultation!

It is important to note that every plan is individualized according to each families needs. For example, during consultation, the family and I will come up with a plan where we will talk about services they would like and whether they would like them in person or virtually.
