How It Started

I know that if you are here it is because you need help, guidance or some advice regarding the care of your little one.

My name is Monica Aguilar I am a proud mother of three beautiful kids, I was born in Mexico, where I studied infant care.
I am the daughter of a Mexican mother and a Spanish father, Catalan to be exact, hence the name of the agency Bona Nit Petit. The agency is a result of the experiences I went through with my children and the years I spent traveling through different countries, learning their culture and ways of life. Finally, I decided to settle here in the United States and have now been here for over 8 years. Since then I have become fluent in English and am now considered fluent in BOTH Spanish and English!

I am proud of my roots, and I like to incorporate it into what I do. I consider myself totally multicultural, and I make sure that my team and I practice cultural humility in order to provide the best services we can. We want to make all families feel welcome and genuinely cared for.

Now that I have given you a brief description of my life, I would like to let you know more about the business side of me. I have been a business woman in the fashion industry for about 20+, and never did I think that I would end up here!

"Monica likes to teach and share her experiences and knowledge, she is like a magician, and has a special and magical touch that makes your baby calm down and stop crying the moment the parent puts the baby in Monica arms"
"She is such a calming person and transmits that peace and tranquility to her clients. Her clients ask her all the time how she does it? And she says it is because she really loves her work around babies and taking care of the moms. Her passion and instincts are reflected in the result"
"She is someone you can truly trust, she always develops a very close relationships with each of her clients and it becomes something very special since each of the consultations or trainings that she imparts are totally personalized and individual. Each baby and each family is different and has needs particular for themselves. She takes great care of each and every detail and always makes her clients feel very special. That is why she is highly recommended, and most return to her when their next children are born. With her, you will find a specific solution for any need of your family"

"Monica is an expert teaching personalized newborn courses and can teach you from the most basic and essential to the most complex things; with her, you will always feel safe and secure. If there is something that she sees that is not normal, she will always give you the advice to go to your doctor, since she never prescribes medications, she only follows the doctors' instructions"

"Each one of her courses is taught with great affection and love for what she does and shares all of her knowledge she has acquired throughout her career and personal experience; both, as a Mom and as a Professional in caring for children. She has prepared herself and has taking several courses. In addition to all the experience she has from having had a premature daughter, that set the tone for her to dedicate herself to this career.

“The most exciting experience is when I meet the families for the first time; each new family is a surprise for me, it is a pleasure to see the parents' faces of relief when they discuss their inquiries or concerns with me and I begin to tell them what the plan is. I can see happiness and tranquility in their faces, and that for me is priceless,
What I love most about this career is being able to help others feel good, and support others as we all grow together. At the end of the day, all of this is why I  strive to create a very special and a deep relationship with each one of the families I work with.
My clients are not one-time clients, each family has a very special place in my heart. Finally, I am proud to say that all of  my efforts means something, and the families' appreciation is demonstrated through their references, and calls to have me come back to work with them for a second and even third time”
